Guide to a Good Tilapia Recipe Print E-mail


There is hundreds of tilapia recipes out there and a lot of them work very well, and some of them fail. Since the fillet is so thin i find it is cooked best at a higher temp for a short amount of time as to not overcook. Baking in a parchment pouch at 450 for 12- 15 minutes with a sprig of fresh rosemary and a squeeze of lemon seems to work well for me. But if you want a little more exotic then you could always pan sear with Cajun spices and top with a chilled mango salsa over coconut rice.
